Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting a contact form, or requesting an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Description
Auto Accident Urgent Care is not an emergency service.
If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Auto Accident Urgent Care provides specialized urgent care services for individuals who have been injured in auto accidents. Our services include on site chiropractic evaluation and treatment, diagnostic imaging referrals, specialist referrals, and assistance with auto insurance claims processing.
Our clinic is designed to treat non life threatening injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents. We are not an emergency room, trauma center, or hospital. We do not provide emergency medical services. Patients with life threatening conditions should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Appointment and Contact Forms
Submitting a contact form or appointment request through our website does not guarantee an appointment, create a provider patient relationship, or obligate Auto Accident Urgent Care to provide treatment. A provider patient relationship is established only when you are physically seen and treated by a provider at our clinic.
We make every effort to respond to form submissions promptly, typically within the same day during business hours. However, we do not guarantee a specific response time. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling and provider availability.
By submitting a contact form, you consent to being contacted by Auto Accident Urgent Care via phone, email, or text message at the contact information you provide.
No Medical Advice
The content on this website, including text, images, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing on this website should be construed as medical advice or a recommendation for any specific treatment or course of action. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or injury.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you have read on this website. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Financial Terms
References to "$0 upfront cost" or "no out of pocket cost" on this website apply only to patients with qualifying auto insurance coverage, including Personal Injury Protection (PIP), no fault coverage, Medical Payments (Med Pay), or applicable liability coverage from the at fault driver.
If you do not have qualifying auto insurance coverage, you may still be eligible for treatment under a Letter of Protection (LOP) or lien arrangement. Under these arrangements, payment is deferred pending resolution of a personal injury claim. However, treatment under an LOP does not guarantee $0 patient cost. The patient may be responsible for medical charges if the claim does not result in a recovery or if the recovery is insufficient.
The availability, amount, and duration of insurance coverage depends on the specific terms and limits of your policy. Auto Accident Urgent Care makes no guarantee regarding insurance coverage, claim approval, or settlement outcomes. Patients are encouraged to review their auto insurance policy or contact their insurance provider for details.
Attorney Referrals
Auto Accident Urgent Care may provide referrals to personal injury attorneys upon patient request. These referrals are entirely optional. You are under no obligation to use any referred attorney and are free to retain the attorney of your choosing, or no attorney at all.
- No fee splitting: No fee splitting arrangement exists between Auto Accident Urgent Care and any attorney or law firm, in compliance with Kentucky Supreme Court Rule 3.130-5.4.
- No legal advice: Auto Accident Urgent Care does not provide legal advice of any kind. We are a medical clinic, not a law firm. Any questions of a legal nature should be directed to a qualified attorney.
- No guaranteed outcomes: A referral does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any legal outcome. Results vary based on the specific circumstances of each case.
